1. DEFINITIONS
In this Policy the following definitions shall apply:
1.1. ”Application” shall mean the software provided by RoadSave to render certain services related to RoadSave and any future upgrades and enhancements pertaining to the use of the software, including but not limited to the RoadSave smartphone application which is available on Apple iOS, Android and Huawei devices;
1.2. “Applicable Data Protection Laws” shall mean all legislation or regulations protecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals in respect of their right to privacy with respect to the processing of personal information, including the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (PAIA) and the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA);\
1.3. “Analytics” shall mean the collection, discovery and interpretation of meaningful observations, occurrences or patterns in behaviour in respect of Your use of Our Website;
1.4. “Cookies” shall mean the small files that websites place on Your device as You are browsing the internet, as described in Section 2 of this Policy. For the purposes of this
Policy, Cookies collectively refers to traditional Cookies (small text files), as well as other web beacons, pixels and tags;
1.5. “Data Subject” shall mean any natural or juristic person in respect of whom the Personal Information relates;

defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA);

1.9. “RoadSave” means CrashDetech (Pty) Ltd t/a RoadSave (Reg No: 2014/144195/07);
1.10. “The User” shall mean the person visiting Our Website or “Members” being individuals and businesses who have subscribed to Our service as per Our Terms of Service;
1.11. “Third-Party” shall mean any other natural or juristic person that is not You, the User, or Ourselves.
2. WHAT ARE COOKIES?
